Shipping
We aim to get orders processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. After orders leave our door, delivery times are out of our hands! However, we use reputable shipping companies for all our orders so rest assured your item/items will be delivered in a timely manner!
We offer free shipping on orders over £75 to customers within the UK (UK mainland). If you don’t qualify for free shipping other options are as follows.

We do not yet ship outside of the UK however stay tuned, this may change in the near future!
Additional information
Orders placed during bank holidays will be processed on the next working day and sent out within 2-3 working days.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.
Shipping address accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If you make an error in your shipping address, we will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us on jordan@thegearcottage.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on jordan@thegearcottage.com. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
